CLASS ENROLMENT
If you are registered to use the member portal it is easier. Use Register for events/classes to enrol.
Use My Classes to view and /or print your classes.
If your membership has expired or will have expired by the date the class is scheduled to run you will be sent a Member Renewal Invoice to your registered email address. Your enrolment will not be finalised until your membership payment is received.
If you are not a current member of U3A Clarence then you will be redirected to the New Member Application page where you will be able to fill out your details and pay your subscription. Your enrolment will not be finalised until your payment is received.
If the class is full then the Enrol button will show this. You will be placed on a waiting list for the class and as places become available during the term you will be contacted to see if you wish to be moved onto the Enrolled list.
If you need to withdraw from a class because you cannot attend it, please email membershipu3aclarence@gmail.com, use this email also if you wish to change classes for some reason.
