Enrolments for 2025 classes will open shortly - watch this space!

To enrol in a class click the Enrol button. You will be asked if you wish to enrol in any further classes. Once you indicate you have selected all classes you will be asked if you are a member of U3A Clarence. If you are a member you will be asked to enter you email address and a confirmation of your enrolment will be sent to your email address.

If your membership has expired or will have expired by the date the class is scheduled to run you will be sent a Member Renewal Invoice to your registered email address. Your enrolment will not be finalised until your membership payment is received.

If you are not a current member of U3A Clarence then you will be redirected to the New Member Application page where you will be able to fill out your details and pay your subscription. Your enrolment will not be finalised until your payment is received.

If the class is full then the Enrol button will show Join Waiting List. You will be placed on a waiting list for the class and as places become available during the term you will be contacted to see if you wish to be moved onto the Enrolled list.

Please advise the office (email: u3aclarence@gmail.com) or advise Absence via your Member Portal or let your Tutor know at the previous class if you will be absent from a class or no longer wish to attend the class. Thank you.
